Serving the Whole Child

Student Support
We work with students starting in middle school — with no upper age limit — helping them explore careers, plan for life after high school, and build the skills and confidence to get there. Using real labor market data and workforce projections, we help students understand which careers are growing, what education or training they actually require, and whether the investment makes sense for their goals. We connect students with mentors, job shadowing opportunities, internships, and real-world project experiences that make career exploration more than a classroom exercise. We also address the whole student — providing age-appropriate education on healthy relationships, personal boundaries, and self-advocacy, because a young person who knows how to navigate the world around them is better prepared to build a future in it.

Family Engagement
We engage parents, caregivers, and community members as active partners in the planning process — not just bystanders. We host family learning nights beginning in early childhood. For teens, we also give families the language, tools, and knowledge to have meaningful conversations about careers and post-secondary options, and to support their young person's journey with confidence. We bring the same programming to community organizations, faith communities, summer programs, and any setting where families gather. And we plan to expand our reach through mobile resource units that bring technology and services directly to communities that need them most.

Exposure-Based Travel
Immersive, standards-aligned travel experiences that broaden students’ understanding of what’s possible-through campus immersions, industry site visits, cultural learning, and place-based inquiry. We move learning beyond our community and engage students with trips to build curiosity, confidence, and real-world context, with pre-trip learning modules and post-trip reflection projects that connect the experience to academic goals and future planning. School Support Services
Our instructional experts partner with teachers, school counselors, administrators, and all school staff — with a particular focus on under-resourced and underserved schools. Our work with schools goes well beyond a one-time training. We provide career-integrated instructional coaching, math teaching strategies and differentiated instruction, and professional development focused on improving academic outcomes for students who have been left behind. We help educators weave career awareness into everyday classroom instruction — so students see the relevance of what they're learning and where it can take them. We also provide all-staff training in youth mental health awareness, trauma-informed approaches, and recognizing signs that a student may need additional support — because every adult in a school building has a role to play
Pathway Partnerships
Connect learning to real opportunities through partnerships with local employers, colleges, community organizations, and training providers. We help design and coordinate experiences such as career speakers, job shadowing, internships, and campus visits-building community-connected pathways that make post-secondary and workforce options tangible.
Collective Research
Long-term, multidisciplinary research initiative built around one insight: that the professionals who work with children — physicians, educators, mental health providers, social workers, and community leaders — each see a piece of the picture, but rarely the whole child. Our research cohort brings these professionals together in a sustained, cross-sector collaboration to study how a child's environment and relationships manifest across every dimension of their development — behavioral, academic, psychological, somatic, metabolic, neurobiological, physiological, and beyond. The knowledge produced through this work forms the foundation of a research-based curriculum series designed to equip every type of professional with the tools to recognize what they are seeing, understand it in context, and respond in ways that genuinely help. Because when every adult in a child's life sees the same picture, everything changes.
